Finally, an "upload video" option on blogger. I don't know why this part of blogging has been so difficult for me to learn, but here it is. I just love this clip of Sienna and her cousins in their matching outfits courtesy of Grandma. They are all so different, but so cute! The order is Taylor, Sienna, and Ashlyn.
Okay, so I can't figure out how to get video using blogger, but I did figure it out using You Tube. Enjoy!

More Pictures...
I decided to post some more pictures of this weekend because it was so much fun and I wish I was still living it :)
My birthday dinner at Bella Trattoria
On Saturday we went to the Tomato Festival at the Ferry Building. We enjoyed sampling all the delicious produce and the babies had fun just hanging out. Sienna loved having her cousins here to play with her. Taylor, on the right, is only four days younger than Sienna. And, Ashlyn on the left, is about two weeks younger! They live far away (in Kansas and Michigan, respectively), so it was fun for them all to be together.
Yummy peppers at the Farmer's Market.
We had dinner with John on Sunday night up in the Marine room and enjoyed this view at sunset. It was a beautiful weekend in the city.
The "triplets." Grandma loves to make matching outfits for the three babes.
Bathtime beauties...

Cara's 30th Birthday!

For my birthday this year, Jeff arranged for my entire family to come from all over to surprise me. I had no idea as you can see in the video! I still cannot believe Jeff was able to plan this and I had no clue. And, I can't believe I never found out about it from my sisters. He truly gave me a present that I would want and made my 30th birthday very special and memorable. My whole family was here for the weekend and we had such a fun time. We went to the Farmer's Market at the Ferry Building and spent a lot of time downtown shopping and eating. I will never forget this birthday! Thanks, Jeff, for making it a wonderful birthday!

And he's off...to work
I don't usually get up with Jeff in the morning before he goes to work because it's always too early, but this morning I made an exception because I didn't want to miss this. A few months ago Jeff bought a commuter bike to ride to work and he has been riding up and down all those hills and five miles each way. But, yesterday I ended up picking him up from work, so he left his bike there. He decided that in order for him to get to work this morning, he would run the five miles. But, how was he going to get his laptop and clothes to work? Maybe he could load up a bike trailer and pull it like a handcart or wrapped around his waist. I suggested he take the jogger stroller since he and Sienna usually go for long runs on the mornings I get home from work and he always says he feels like he could "run forever with the jogger." At 6:30am he loaded up the jogger and was ready to make the journey. He gave himself an hour and a half and was off...
He made it downtown in 46 minutes! He's not quite sure how he ran so fast, maybe adrenaline or worried about not making it in time or having to take a cab or whatever, but I think we both were surprised he made it so quickly. The only problem was he forgot some essential pieces of his wardrobe (let's just say he remembered his shirt, suit, and tie)!

Discovery Museum
Sienna and I were invited by some friends to visit the Discovery Museum in Sausalito today. It is only a 15 minute drive from here across the Golden Gate Bridge. We had a great time, especially Sienna. She loved being around all the kids and exploring her surroundings. When we first got there, we went to an area specifically for smaller tots. She had fun crawling on the "ponds" and "lily pads." There seemed to be a lot of older kids in this area as well and they all wanted to play with Sienna and squeeze her cheeks (which she didn't like so much). One young girl asked to hold her and then 3 or 4 more kids wanted to hold her, too! She was a good sport and didn't seem to mind all the attention, but soon she was back on her hands and knees checking out the place. There are many interactive activities for kids of all ages. And, there is a neat playground right in front of the Golden Gate Bridge. I think we'll be spending a lot of time there in the future. As soon as I put her in her stroller to leave, she was asleep. Both she and her friend were worn out and slept the rest of the afternoon.
The only picture I could get of the two before they scurried off to play
