Chris Trueman Art
Jeff's brother, Chris, is having an art show at a gallery in Oakland. His opening night was last weekend, but I could not go because I was working. Today, Sienna, my friend Jenny, and I went over to see some of his art. He is very talented and his work is fascinating and has a lot of meaning. This piece is made of mostly lint from the dryer. Awhile ago Chris asked us to collect our dryer lint for him, so I feel like in a small way we contributed :) The significance of this piece is making something spectacular, like a pyramid, from a simple and basic material, such as lint. A link to his website is located under my blogger friends. Check it out!
