I have been reluctant to cut Dylan's hair, especially since Sienna's hair has never been cut. But, it was time for him to stop looking like an 80's rocker. My friend,
Jen, cuts hair and agreed to give Dylan his first haircut, so it won't look like this anymore:

He doesn't look as happy as the before picture, but he will thank me later. I think he is sad because we took the drape away. He tried sucking on the drape the entire time. Even when I put his pacifier in, he would spit it out to suck on the drape. While Jen cut Dylan's hair, he just sat there the whole time and never fussed or freaked out. So grown up and so handsome!

SO CUTE!!! He is so adorable! How is the training coming for the Ragnar? Can't wait to hear all about it....and I was going to tell you...it just wasn't meant to be for us to run it with you...we're going to a medical conference out in Boston over the same time, so it's all good! What a little mini-me, Jeff!!!! He is adorable. LOVE the new hairdo! Makes him look so grown up. Now JP can't sing his mon-chi-chi song. What will we sing now?
